Module Overview
1. Demonstration of different subject topics
Demos of lessons such as ‘Parts of Speech’ in Grammar or the ‘Digestion System’ in Science, will be given STEP BY STEP. How to apply classroom knowledge using logic and reasoning – not just memory retention for the sake of a test. How to become a better citizen is the underlying wisdom principle.
2. Leadership and Influence
The role model provided through the teacher (their personality and personal values) make or break the learning process for the pupil. This module addresses trainee teachers in effective practice. Teachers will learn how to influence by role modelling.
3. Classroom Management-Habits/Procedures
4. Behaviour Management or Wisdom in Discipline
This module contains all practical aspects of managing a class including behavioural management which brings about lasting change. There is an emphasis on character training as well as academics.
5. Communication and Voice Modulation
This is a vital tool for the teacher and this module involves clarity of thought before communication and understanding different levels of communication.
6. Eight Teaching Techniques

7. Interactive Learning
Practical tips to increase student participation in lessons and consequently to enhance their learning.
8. Special Needs
Every child is unique and to be valued. This module provides skills for the teacher/parent to identify special needs of children and meet their specific needs.
9. Music
Developing the student’s sense of rhythm, pitch and melody, together with practical music tips.
10. Sex & Value Education
This module teaches the concept of sex within the boundaries of moral values. It also teaches personal values such as self-control, respect and the consequence of choice. This subject helps breathe life into pupils amidst the rigour of academics.
11. Assessment and Grading of Assignments and Daily Worksheets
Equipping staff with varied and proven types of formative and summative assessment which are time efficient. Setting up students for success is a top priority.Â

The C3 certified course - Connect and Collaborate for Change is organised in partnership with HighLight-UK, Community Outreach-Canada, FWA-India. Other International Facilitators from USA and Denmark. For every module, you will be given a certificate.
