Founder and CEO/Trainer of FaithWorksAsia, Deborah has 35 years of experience as a Teacher Trainer and Educational Consultant. 

She trained at Faith Christian School, Chicago, USA and Pensacola Christian College, Florida, USA.

Deborah specialises in phonics and reading, the creative arts, teacher and student motivation, and how to overcome classroom challenges. She has pioneered three schools in Mumbai and has first-hand experience of home schooling.

Over 3000 teachers, across India, the Middle East and  Nigeria have benefitted from Deborah's teaching and influence.
